Know what fits before the truck backs in.

Plan pallets and freight onto Australian trucks, trailers, B-doubles and containers in 3D. FreightFit counts the pallet spaces, checks the payload, places the straps and walks tail-lift deliveries through, before anyone picks up a pallet jack.

The planner is free to use without an account. The Pro trial needs no card.

The checks a good loader does in their head, done on screen.

Built by someone who has loaded trucks, coordinated a depot and quoted freight in Melbourne, for the questions that come up every day.

Every load in 3D, counted in pallet spaces

Type the cargo in, paste a list or tap a pallet type. The planner fills vans, rigid trucks, 13.2 m trailers, flat tops, B-doubles, A-doubles and containers, keeps heavy freight low and keeps everything off fragile items.

  • Pallet spaces and payload used for every vehicle
  • Mezz decks on trailers, and loads split across vehicles
  • Move any item by hand; the planner checks the move
  • Find the smallest vehicle that takes the whole load

Tail-lift deliveries, step by step

For 6 to 14 pallet trucks, the planner takes each load up the 2.4 × 1.2 m lift and in with a pallet jack, front of the truck first. It flags anything over the lift's 800 or 1,000 kg, taller than 2.4 m, or that would hit a gate or curtain on the way in.

  • Loading order worked out for you
  • Long loads turned inside the truck, with room checked
  • Cartons carried by hand; forklift-only items called out

Straps placed for the load restraint rules

The planner counts and places 50 mm straps for your deck surface and tensioner, so the load can't slide sideways or backwards at half its weight, and warns about anything a strap can't reach.

  • Timber, steel or rubber-mat decks
  • Truck winch or ratchet pre-tension
  • Corner protectors counted

A planning estimate: check it against the Load Restraint Guide before the vehicle moves.

Questions

Do I need to sign up?

No. Open the planner and start. Your work stays in your browser. An account lets you save loads to open on another computer or phone, and starts the 14-day Pro trial.

Does it work on a phone or tablet?

Yes, in any up-to-date browser, including the 3D view. A bigger screen is easier for long cargo lists.

How does it decide where things go?

Every item sits on the floor or fully on a level surface of the same height. Nothing goes on fragile items, and with “Protect lighter cargo” on, nothing heavier sits on something lighter. Each vehicle's payload is respected, and mezz decks have their own limit. It's a planning tool: whoever loads the vehicle still checks the load before it moves.

Can I use my own trucks and pallets?

Yes. Set any inside length, width, height and payload, and save it as your own vehicle or pallet type.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account. You keep Pro or Team until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the free plan. Your saved loads stay.

Plan the next load before it's on the dock.
