One line per item: name, length, width, height (cm), weight each (kg), quantity. Copy rows straight from Excel, or separate with commas.
Claude reads item names, sizes, weights and quantities from a screenshot or PDF of a quote, docket or packing list.

Loading rules: every box sits on the floor or fully on a level surface of the same height, nothing goes on fragile items, and with “Protect lighter cargo” on, nothing heavier sits on something lighter. With “Centre the load” on, cargo that has free floor beside it is moved to the middle of the deck as one block (stacks and rows keep their shape), so the weight is even from side to side. A pallet space is one standard pallet position, about 1.2 × 1.2 m. The deck is divided into as many as fit (22 on a 13.2 m trailer), and stacked pallets share their space.
Straps: each load row gets at least one strap, long items one every 3 m, and more where the weight needs it so the load cannot slide sideways or backwards (0.5 g) on the chosen surface. A strap follows the top of the load like a real one, so a low item next to taller cargo can miss out; the card warns when that happens. The count is a planning estimate: check it against the Load Restraint Guide.
Tail-lift (6 to 14 pallet trucks): each load goes up on the 2.4 × 1.2 m platform and a pallet jack pushes it in, front of the truck first. A load is a pallet plus anything stacked on it; it must be under the lift capacity (800 or 1,000 kg) and 2.4 m high. A load longer than 1.2 m rides the lift across the truck and is turned inside, so it needs its diagonal clear between the gates and curtains and behind the cargo already in. Cartons under 60 × 60 cm and 50 kg are carried on by hand; anything resting on two loads needs a forklift.
Flat top: an open deck. Cargo is only stacked as high as the general access height limit allows (4.3 m from the road, less the deck height you set under Vehicle), so the load never needs a height permit. Items taller than that are left off with a note.
Extra vehicles: when the load needs more than one vehicle, every full one is the vehicle you picked and the last is the smallest vehicle that takes what is left. Change this under Vehicle (the same vehicle, or a set one, for every extra), or change one vehicle on its card.
